Chipata district receives the whole allocation of 2021-2022 farming inputs.

Speaking in an interview with feel free news, Chipata District agriculture coordinating Officer Philemon Lungu says that the district has received all the allocated farming inputs and will soon start distributing them to the farmers.

Mr. Mwale disclosed that Chipata city received eight thousand four hundred and fifty four by 50kg of d compound fertilizer, sixty thousand two hundred and fourteen by 50kg of urea, maize seeds and soya beans among others.

He says that groundnuts they are above 90{44eb4ca4b2d2c051ceec4e28c16ee8f957fb299e94b12100bbafe32a2a9c61cd} and that they have received four thousand four hundred and eighteen by 20kg stating that they are ready to start the distribution just waiting for the national launch.

Mr.Lungu urged the farmers to keep up the preparations as the rains are around the corner and use the farming inputs for the intended purpose.
